  • Graduated in human resources, business administration or related fields;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust and rapport;
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills;
  • Good discretion and judgment when dealing with issues of confidentiality or sensitivity;
  • Proficient in various office software;
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks in a stressful environment.
  • Assist the Chief Operating Officer in completing all matters and functions of the Human Resources Department;
  • Assist in the completion of the recruitment and selection process, including screening resumes, background checks and issuing various notices and contracts;
  • Timely and accurate release of the latest job postings to job sites such as Yorkbbs and Indeed;
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive personnel records and keep them up to date
  • Assist in the completion of new employee induction training;
  • Assist the newcomer training manager in the development of the training plan;
  • Assist management to complete monthly payroll preparation and review the integrity and accuracy of working hours through the ding system;
  • Distribute relevant systems, procedures and memoranda to the respective individuals or departments of the entire organization;
  • Complete other tasks that the superior explained.
