  • Salary: $2,000.00 – $3,500.00 / month
  • Undergraduate or Master's degree in Human Resource Management or related fields, or equivalent work experience, candidates for CHRP/CHRL designated by HRPA are preferred;
  • At least 6 months of recruitment or training experience, experienced the full cycle of human resources business activities;
  • Familiar with relevant laws and regulations, including ESA, human rights, OHSA and other relevant laws and regulations;
  • Good communication skills in both Chinese and English (verbal/written);
  • Strong customer service awareness and relationship management skills;
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Fully understand and master the staffing situation of each position of the module under its jurisdiction, and write recruitment advertisements according to the requirements of the post;
  • Assist department manager to conduct resume screening, interview selection, and induction training;
  • Expand recruitment channels to meet the company's talent needs, and assist in the establishment of reserve talent selection programs and talent reserve mechanisms;
  • Apply for entry procedures and initial business training for new employees;
  • Manage and update employee files;
  • Participate in monthly payroll accounting;
  • Organize the daily activities of the company and do a good job in caring for all employees;
  • Coordinate the training of new department employees by department heads;
  • Assist in the development of performance appraisal programs and participate in tracking and assessment.
