① Plan, direct, and coordinate all logistics activities and operations Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping and receiving
② Warehouse layout designing and management
③ Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers
④ Develop and implement logistics policies and procedures to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness
⑤ Manage the budget for logistics activities and operations
⑥ Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient logistics operations
⑦ Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and transportation companies
⑧ Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in logistics technology
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in logistics management, including experience in warehouse management
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of logistics software, transportation management systems, and inventory management system
